A Dinner with a difference

We decided to help The Citadel because they do a great job for people in Leith where we live.

Willy Barr who runs The Citadel and his friend John Evans had a great idea one night in the Starbank Inn. They decided to prepare a new kind of fundraising dinner.

Supper at The Citadel.

But it was a dinner with a difference. Tom Kitchin trained some of the Citadel kids who’d only ever microwaved a pie or maybe cooked a curry to make a three course Michelin Star quality meal.

The supper took place on May 19, just two days before Hibs won the Scottish Cup.
